The Grade II listed farmhouse dates from the 13th century with later additions. It's notable features include a priest hole and a 19th Century bread oven. Following a full renovation in 2013, Berry House welcomed its first guests in March 2014, and has been awarded a 5 star for accommodation by Visit England.
The purpose built, saltwater, indoor swimming pool is kept at 31 degrees, with glazed French doors leading to a decking area.
The formal front garden opens leads to private rolling fields on the edge of the Batherm River, the perfect setting for summer picnics, ball games and walks throughout the year. There is also play area complete with wooden climbing frame.
